Responsibilities include

Resident Assessment and Care Planning Collaborate with other healthcare team members Medication administration Monitoring activities Providing emotional support for our Residents well being Maintaining confidentially and HIPAA Oversee our Resident Assistants Assist with Direct Care/ Stand-By when necessary Accurate and thorough documentation Insure the safety and wellness of our Residents and Staff Helpful Skills include: Strong clinical assessment skills Proficiency in using electronic health record systems The ability to make sound judgments in emergency situations Knowledge of various non-invasive medical treatments Benefits: Sign-On Bonus FHS pays for your entire monthly health insurance premium!
