What You’ll Do: Engage with customers, both in person and digitally, to understand their vehicle needs.

Guide customers through the car buying process, including test drives and financing options. Respond quickly to customer inquiries and provide follow-ups to maintain strong customer relationships. Maintain detailed product knowledge and keep up with the latest inventory, promotions, and financing options. Meet or exceed monthly sales goals by building rapport and trust with customers.

Requirements

Positive, outgoing, and customer-focused personality. Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Self-motivated, with the desire to exceed goals and grow within the dealership. Previous experience in sales is a must. Work Schedule: Monday through Saturday 2 days off per month can be chosen from Monday to Friday.
