Job Description:Home Health Services of Virginia is seeking a compassionate and reliable PCA or CNA to provide in-home care for patients. This role involves assisting with daily living activities and supporting patients in maintaining their health and comfort.

Qualifications:**

Current CNA certification** or PCA experience.

Experience working in home care or patient care** preferred.

Strong communication, compassion, and documentation skills**.

Responsibilities:**

Assist patients with activities of daily living** including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.

Support patients with meals, feeding, and nutrition as needed.

Monitor patient condition and report changes to supervising nurse or family.

Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.

Document care provided accurately and timely.
