Director of Clinical Services

Madera Community Hospital is a growing acute care facility seeking talented individuals with a drive to provide quality care and dedicated to making a difference in our community. The Director of Clinical Services is responsible for the oversight of clinical services and nursing operations across the Hospital. This position will represent Administration in matters of clinical operations, staffing, quality, and regulatory compliance, and will follow the MCH Chain of Command for reporting.

The incumbent must maintain a full understanding and support the Hospital Mission and Vision Statements, and Performance Improvement Programs, as well as demonstrate behavior consistent with the Hospital’s policies and procedures. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS : Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.

Must obtain CEUs for licensure re-certification in leadership and clinical areas of education from approved/accredited courses. Experience: Minimum 5 years progressive nursing leadership experience in an acute care hospital setting, including supervisor or management responsibilities Demonstrated knowledge and clinical leadership skills necessary to oversee MCH clinical areas including ICU, Med/Surg, ER, Surgery and Clinic.
