As the Global Packaging Systems Leader, you will own packaging quality, compliance, specifications, and continuous improvement initiatives across our global Aramids business. This newly created role offers the opportunity to establish global standards, drive packaging innovation, reduce customer complaints and transportation damage, and support evolving sustainability and regulatory requirements. Working across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Quality, Sustainability, and Commercial teams, you'll influence business-critical decisions, improve operational performance, and build a world-class packaging governance program on a global scale.
