• Solicit mortgage business opportunities to achieve individual targets.
• Expand & maintain good business network.
• Cross-sell other banking products to mortgage customers.
• Assist Team Head in motivating team members to achieve sales targets.
• Assist and support Team Head to enforce sales discipline according to house rules.
• Generate sales / management reports and keep abreast of current market information.
• Comply with anti-money laundering and counter terrorist financing controls in accordance with regulatory standards and CNCBI policies. •Establishes oneself as a trusted advisor by participating in customer’s decision-making process, as appropriate.

Requirements

• Secondary education or above.
• Minimum of 4 years of sales & service experience in mortgage gained from retail banking.
• Preferably possess qualifications for relevant insurance licenses registration.
• Thorough knowledge of mortgage products and general banking products, services and related credit policies.
• Smart market sense with innovative ideas to solicit new business opportunities
