Assistant Front Desk Manager at Manor Vail Lodge ($60-$70k)

About Manor Vail Lodge Manor Vail Lodge is a luxury mountain lodge with residential condominium accommodations, steps from Vail Village and Golden Peak. We welcome hotel guests, owners, weddings, groups and corporate retreats, and every stay is built on gracious, personal service. The Role Reporting to the Director of Guest Services, the Assistant Front Desk Manager leads daily front desk and night audit operations.

You will oversee front desk agents, interns and night auditors, and run the desk when the Director is off property.

What You Will Do

Lead daily front desk and night audit shifts, setting schedules to match occupancy, groups and weddings. Build strong relationships with owners and manage owner stays alongside rental program inventory. Resolve guest and owner concerns quickly and follow through personally. Hire, train, coach and recognize front desk agents, interns and night auditors.

Oversee room assignments, upselling, guest folios, cash handling and night audit accuracy. Partner with Housekeeping, Engineering, Food and Beverage, and Sales on seamless arrivals. What You Bring Two to three years of front office experience in a luxury hotel, resort or condo hotel. At least one year in a supervisory role.

Springer Miller or comparable PMS experience; HotSOS, Zingle and Resolve a plus. Calm, confident service recovery and clear communication. Availability for nights, weekends, holidays and peak seasons. Owner or residence club experience and Spanish language skills a plus.

Compensation

& Benefits This position offers a base salary of $60,000–$70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, plus eligibility for an annual bonus of up to 10%.
