MSS Security is on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator based in Melbourne to join our team, overseeing recruitment across ACT and Victoria Defence on a 12-month fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment - from job advertising and interviews through to compliance and employment agreements. Proactively plan recruitment activity by monitoring workforce needs and attrition to stay ahead of current and future vacancies. Drive high-volume recruitment campaigns to meet workforce requirements and support operational delivery across multiple sites.

Actively source candidates and build talent pipelines for critical vacancies and across regional locations. Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to prioritise vacancies and meet operational recruitment needs.

What we are looking for

Full Australian working rights Structured and organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accurate recruitment records in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment campaigns simultaneously. Results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving recruitment KPIs and activity targets.
