Position Summary

The forklift driver will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and moving product. Position Description: Load and unload trucks. Place into designated area for accurate inventory counts. Must know and follow all safety processes surrounding forklift driving. Ability to use standup and sit-down forklifts.

Ability to be cross trained in other positions. Follow all safety policies, protocols, procedures. Other duties as assigned. Position Requirements: Attention to Detail 1 year experience in quality control preferred. 1 year work experience within a manufacturing environment preferred. Willing to work overtime, longer days, and some weekends as needed.

Basic English reading/writing skills required. Ability to follow directions and work well in a team. Understanding of and the ability to abide by applicable OSHA and environmental regulations. Ability to adapt to and work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to hear and see. Willingness to help in other areas. Physical Requirements: Lifting to 60 lbs.

(heavy loads must be team lifted) Alternate standing and sitting for up to 10 hours per shift. Walking as needed during a 10-hour shift. Bending and twisting frequently. Heavy gripping with hands frequently. Frequent lifting from floor to waist. Frequent lifting from waist to shoulder. Must be able to hear and see. All reasonable accommodations will be considered.
