Shipping & Receiving Agent

SHIPPING & RECEIVING AGENT (USA) Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Location: Littleton, NH Report to: Logistics Manager The Shipping & Receiving agent is responsible for all tasks related to shipping and receiving Rotobec USA inventory.

Job Responsibilities

Assistance in all shipping & receiving operations Adhere to company standards for warehousing, handling, and shipping requirements Participate and successfully complete all required safety training Pack and prepare outbound shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation Sort, organize, and store incoming inventory in designated storage locations Maintains a safe and clean work environment, keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations neat; maintains a clean shipping supply area; and complies with company policies and safety regulations Assists in solving warehouse-related issues to improve service and efficiency Collaborate with team members and cross-train in other warehouse functions as needed Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by the Logistics Manager Job Requirements Previous Shipping & Receiving experience preferred Forklift certification or experience is preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management systems Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary Paid health insurance Life and disability insurance Vision and Dental available (optional) Paid vacation and holidays Paid Time Off (PTO) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) On-the-job Training and Development Opportunities Employee Referral Program Company Events and team-building initiatives
