This position is 100% in office. Summary The Manager, Reporting & Analytics is a leadership role within the U.S. Data Infrastructure, Reporting & Analytics department. This role oversees the reporting, analytics, and data infrastructure activities that support daily operations, financial performance visibility, and long‑term scalability across all U.
S. business units. The manager is responsible for reporting standardization, data quality, and coordination with internal IT teams to ensure reporting and data engineering efforts remain aligned with enterprise governance and technical standards. This role supervises a team of analysts supporting Reporting & Analytics, M&A Integrations, and Data Infrastructure, ensuring stable dataflows, consistent metrics, and reliable reporting used across Operations and Finance.

THIS POSITION IS BEING HANDLED INTERNALLY Essential Functions Leadership & Team Management Supervise and mentor a team of data analysts across Finance, Operations, M&A Integrations, and Data Infrastructure. Develop team capabilities in reporting design, data modeling, data engineering support, and documentation.
Coordinate project intake, prioritization, stakeholder communication, and workload management for all reporting and infrastructure initiatives. Reporting & Analytics Oversight Oversee creation, maintenance, and distribution of core reporting and analytics outputs including the Daily Sales Report (DSR), operational dashboards, financial reports, pricing models, commissions/SPIF calculations, and performance analytics.
Govern standardized KPIs, data definitions, and reporting conventions across U.S. business units. Manage Quality Assurance functions related to data validation processes, issue troubleshooting, and root-cause investigation to ensure reporting accuracy across systems. M&A Integration Support Deliver early visibility reporting for newly acquired companies.
Coordinate the transition of acquired companies into standardized reporting and data infrastructure environments. Manage cross-functional integration projects that leverage strong knowledge of business processes and established relationships across Finance, Accounting, Operations, Central Services, and IT. Data Infrastructure Support Serve as the primary U.
S. business liaison to internal IT teams for all data engineering, architecture, and governance activities. Support the stability and reliability of reporting‑related dataflows, including automated refreshes and scheduled data processes, by coordinating with IT. Oversee the provisioning of analytics ‑ enablement resources (hardware, software licenses, Power BI access, etc.)
to ensure analysts can effectively support the business. Promote data governance best practices, including documentation, access management, and consistent use of source systems and definitions across analysts.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, data analytics, statistics, computer science, engineering, or a related field; Master’s preferred. 2-5 years of experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering, including supervisory responsibilities. Understanding of data pipelines, ETL concepts, BI platform operations, and automated data refresh cycles.
Strong technical proficiency with Power BI, Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, modeling), SQL/R or similar tools, and process automation (Power Automate/Office Scripts or similar tools). Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Experience supporting M&A integration activities.
Familiarity with Service Titan and SAP a plus.
