ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Since opening the agency in 2018, we've built a young, energetic team that is passionate about helping customers while continuing to grow and improve every day. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm Team Member in Georgia, where I learned the business and developed a passion for helping people protect what matters most.

Originally from Macon, Georgia, I later made the move to the Birmingham area. I have two children and played college baseball, which helped shape my competitive nature and taught me the value of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Our office is fast-paced, upbeat, and driven by a desire to be among the best.

We set high goals, push each other to improve, and celebrate our successes together. While we work hard, we also believe in creating opportunities for our team members to enjoy the rewards that come with their efforts. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
