Summary We are seeking dedicated Delivery Bikers to join our Customer Service team. In this essential role, you will serve as the primary link between our business and our clients, ensuring that orders reach their destinations promptly and securely. Responsibilities

Execute timely and secure transportation of shipments to designated locations. Manage daily schedules effectively to maintain punctuality and meet delivery windows. Operate smartphones and delivery applications to track orders and update status in real-time. Utilize route navigation tools to identify the most efficient paths and avoid traffic delays.

Handle incoming orders and shipments with care, ensuring items are undamaged upon arrival. Resolve any logistical issues or customer inquiries that arise during the delivery process. Communicate clearly with dispatch teams and customers regarding delivery status or changes.

Requirements

Minimum of one year of relevant work experience in delivery or logistics. Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and arrive punctually for shifts. Proficiency in using smartphones and various mobile applications for navigation and order tracking. Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Solid problem-solving capabilities to address unexpected challenges on the road. Practical knowledge of shipment handling procedures and safe delivery protocols. Competence in reading maps and utilizing GPS technology for accurate route identification.
