Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Hospice

The Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant is a paraprofessional member of the interdisciplinary group who works under the supervision of a registered nurse and performs various services for a patient as necessary to meet the patient's personal needs and to promote comfort. The Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant is responsible for observing the patient, reporting these observations and documenting observations and care performed.

Hourly Wage: $20.00 - $25.00 an hour Schedule: Full - Time, 1.0 FTE / Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (no weekends, evenings or on-call) Service Area: North Central / Northeast Metro (coverage area: Blaine, Lino Lakes, Centerville, Circle Pines, Anoka, Brooklyn Park, Bethel and surrounding areas). Plus, mileage reimbursement of 72.5 cents per mile.
