Your responsibilities
acting as a strong business and sparring partner to the Local Leadership, proactively supporting managers and employees ; deliver HR services from A to Z in line with the local HR operating model; driving development and implementation of business strategies with regard to people, culture and organization (e.g. organizational design, workforce planning, leadership & people development, transformation programs, change management, ways of working) and actively contributing to achieving business objectives and targets; driving transitions of HR processes to SSC and being in-country manager of employees handling these processes; being a first contact point for overarching local HR aspects such as Comp&Ben and Labour law issues; set up an effective strategy/roadmap/calendar with a 360 degree annual HR cycle incl.
all major HR topics; effectively collaborate with the other parties in the cluster/regional/global HR organization; implement and continuously improve HR processes, practices and tools, considering both global and local standards (e.g. Performance and Talent Mgmt / Learning&Development / Recruitment / Salary structure and bonus system / Payroll / Travel / Time Mgmt).
Our requirements several years of HR expertise, preferably as HR Manager; good written and oral communication in Polish and English (min. B2 level); very good knowledge of Polish labour law; influencing skills on leader level in a change management environment as well as excellent interpersonal skills on national and/or international level; problem solver, self-motivated, hands-on mentality; very good communication skills; University degree in HR, Business or equivalent; willingness to work on a fixed-term employment contract (2 years, with a chance for a longer cooperation if possible).
