Registered Nurse

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Salary: $40-$48 Schedule: AM shift (6am-2:30pm) PM shift (2:00pm-10:30pm) NOC (10:00pm-6:30am) Duties: Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice. Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physicians Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.

Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients’ charts. Adjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders.

Qualifications

RN License is required. Prior experience preferred but new grads are welcomed! Redmond Care and Rehabilitation is a 5 star skilled nursing facility located minutes off the I-405 and 520. We are seeking new and experienced nurses (Registered Nurse) with wonderful bedside manner who enjoy serving and interacting with patients and coworkers.
