Clinic Supervisor

Serves as the Clinic Manager’s primary operational partner and provides an on-the-ground leadership presence throughout the clinic day. Supports daily operations, staffing, patient and provider concerns, clinical workflows, audits, quality initiatives, insurance dashboard review, patient outreach, reimbursement improvement, and follow-through on clinic priorities.

Maintains formal supervisory responsibility for assigned staff and provides operational continuity when the Clinic Manager is unavailable.
