Callcare Assembler

JOB DESCRIPTION: Callcare Assembler Assemble cords, stations, and other products Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Receiving in of products; i.e. bagging, labeling, stocking Pull product for customer orders Hand soldering using leaded and leadfree processes Operate cord assembly equipment Maintains a clean work environment Reliable use of labor tracking software (Shop Floor Manager) to accurately capture time and quantity Performs other duties as assigned to achieve objectives Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or associate's degree from tech school preferred Familiarity with or certification in IPC-A-610 Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies Ability to read and comprehend English written and verbal work instructions Ability to work independently and as a team player Possesses attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent fine motor skills, dexterity, and vision – able to utilize microscope when required Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time Strong interpersonal skills Job Type: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:00-3:30 Reporting: Assembler reports to Callcare Production Supervisor.
