ATTENTION DENTAL FRONT OFFICE/TREATMENT COORDINATORS!! $1000 SIGN ON BONUS High Tide Dentistry is looking for an experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our front office team. We are a one-doctor, one-hygienist practice with an Office Manager who actively supports the front desk. This position requires dental office experience and a strong understanding of dental procedures and insurance.

We’re looking for someone who communicates confidently, stays organized, and helps patients feel comfortable with their treatment and financial options. Hours: Monday

• Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Arrive by 7:45 AM) Enjoy your Fridays off!

What you'll do

Present treatment plans and financial options Review insurance benefits and patient estimates Schedule appointments and follow up on treatment Answer phones and assist with check-in and checkout Collect payments and review patient balances Support the daily needs of the front office What we're looking for: Previous dental front office experience Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology Strong understanding of dental insurance Professional and confident patient communication Dependable, organized, and team-oriented Dentrix experience is a plus!
