The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of hands-on pastry and baking experience, with the ability to prepare high-quality desserts and baked products while maintaining excellent standards of taste, presentation, hygiene, and consistency. The position is suitable for a reliable and organised chef who is comfortable working in a home-business environment and can join as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, cakes, and baked products. Follow recipes and maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation. Handle baking, decorating, finishing, and portioning of products. Prepare ingredients and organise daily pastry production. Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and finished products.

Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness. Monitor ingredient usage and minimise unnecessary wastage. Ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time. Maintain equipment and the pastry preparation area in clean condition. Support the development and preparation of new pastry and dessert items when required.

Requirements

Female candidates only. Minimum 2+ years of relevant pastry chef/baking experience. Filipino or Nepali candidates preferred; other nationalities are welcome to apply. Strong practical knowledge of pastry and dessert preparation. Good baking, decorating, and presentation skills. Good understanding of food hygiene and safe food handling.

Able to work independently and maintain consistent product quality. Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented. Comfortable working in a home-based business. Candidates who can join as soon as possible are preferred. Client Menu – Core Practical Assessment Candidates should be practically assessed on the following menu: Menu Item Assessment Kunafa Kunafa/vermicelli handling, syrup control, creamy filling, texture balance, crispness, portioning and presentation Classic Tiramisu Mascarpone/cream preparation, coffee balance, layering, moisture control, cocoa finishing, chilling and consistency Blush Velvet Vanilla-based dessert preparation, raspberry component, flavour balance, colour/presentation and premium finishing Cocoa Crunch Chocolate preparation, crunchy component, texture contrast, chocolate intensity and consistency Golden Crumble Toasted vermicelli preparation, creamy layers, controlled toasting, crunch retention and layered presentation Working Conditions: Working Hours: 8:30 AM onwards, as per agreed duty schedule Weekly Schedule/Days Off: To be confirmed Work Location: Al Dhait, Ras Al Khaimah Work Environment: Home-Based Business Benefits Salary: Up to AED 4,000 per month Accommodation provided.
