Maintain the DM workspace in HPB intranet and ensure there is no broken links and content is relevant Follow up with appointed Health. Cluster Appointed CIS for all data breach incident Upload all data management related documents including Incident reporting SOP, incident reports, data management audit reports to intranet Provide progress and status update on data management and related matters during the relevant meetings Attend data management related meetings/briefings Requirements Job Requirements Familiar with IM – Data Management Familiar with PDPA Familiar with the various incident reporting SOPs Be able to address data management related queries from HPB users and file all queries and responses
