Social Worker Assistant

Greenwood Village is seeking a Social Worker Assistant for a long-term care facility. The Social Worker is responsible for acting as a liaison and representative of the residents’ social interests and assisting in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the overall operation of the Social Services Department.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a human services field including but not limited to sociology, special education, rehabilitation counseling, or psychology. At least one year of relevant experience Experience in Skilled Nursing preferred Excellent communication skills
