Pre-Sales Engineer

As a Pre-Sales Engineer , you will support our sales team in preparing technical and commercial proposals for Industrial Refrigeration projects . Working closely with Sales, Engineering, Project Management, and suppliers, you will help coordinate proposal activities, ensure accurate project documentation, and contribute to delivering competitive solutions that meet customer requirements.

What You Will Do

Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for industrial refrigeration projects. Review customer requirements, specifications, drawings, and related documentation. Assist with project costing, quotations, estimates, and proposal documentation. Coordinate information and inputs from Sales, Engineering, Project Management, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Maintain proposal files, cost calculations, and supporting documentation. Support the sales team with technical information and customer-facing materials. Help identify potential project risks and ensure proposal accuracy and completeness. Contribute to the continuous improvement of proposal and estimating processes.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work with technical information, documentation, and data. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured way. Preferred Experience in sales support, proposal preparation, administration, project coordination, or a similar role. Experience working in a technical, engineering, manufacturing, or project-based environment. Experience preparing quotations, reports, estimates, or customer documentation.

Interest in engineering, technology, or industrial projects.
