Forklift Operator/Warehouse Worker

Thrive Freeze Dry, a rapidly growing freeze-dried manufacturing company is recruiting for experienced Forklift Operator/Warehouse Worker for our locations in Langley BC reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor. This opportunity is for the day shift primarily responsible for loading/unloading trucks, preparing and shipping products, receiving and processing incoming goods, and maintaining the warehouse inventory.

Key Responsibilities

Operating material handling equipment including forklift, etc. Receiving, processing, and inspecting incoming materials within conformances Maintaining records in Excel and WMS accurately and in a timely manner Coordinating outgoing shipments with all departments to ensure sales adherence. Organizing and maintaining shipments between internal plants and warehouses Validating documentation to ensure the correct product is shipped or received at the plants/warehouses Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Forklift Certificate for Class 1, 4, and 5 is a must Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial goods environment or raw material environment. Basic computer literacy, Microsoft Word, and Excel. Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams. Organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy of work Physical Environment: Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
