Responsibilities

● Design, configure, and implement Service. Now solutions according to business and functional requirements ● Translate business needs into scalable technical configurations and detailed technical designs ● Customize the platform when required, following Service. Now best practices and coding standards ● Develop integrations with third-party systems (REST, SOAP, file-based transfers) ● Deliver well-documented, thoroughly tested customizations, including unit testing and structured testing approaches ● Mentor and guide junior team members on both technical and functional topics ● Proactively identify risks, dependencies, or improvement opportunities within your scope of work ● Support platform upgrades and ongoing application maintenance Requirements / Qualifications ● 3+ years of hands-on experience in Service.

Now configuration and development ● Strong understanding of Service. Now administration, App Engine, and customization practices ● Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, business rules, script includes, and UI policies ● Proven experience in unit testing and awareness of structured testing approaches ● Comfortable with both "out-of-the-box" implementations and tailored customizations ● Fluent in Dutch and/or French, plus English; strong communication skills with technical and non- technical stakeholders ● Service.
