Improve asset reliability across the different areas of the site by driving the introduction of best practices, standards and new ways of working for the maintenance team Lead the implementation of Reliability Centered Maintenance, Total Productive Maintenance, Quantitative Preventive Maintenance and Condition Based Maintenance methodologies, tools and techniques Support the maintenance team in the implementation of the Kraft Heinz Management System, including review and improvement of maintenance strategies and asset care Lead the creation of engineering standards with the goal of improving asset reliability and cost reduction Provide technical support to the operations and engineering teams, liaising with external service providers when necessary Lead collection and analysis of asset performance data and KPIs to guide improvement plans across the site Key Responsibilities Adhere to Safety and Quality standards, behaving as role model for the engineering teams Be the subject matter expert for asset performance and reliability within area of responsibility Own specific asset reliability improvement plans Generate asset performance and maintenance reports as required Ensure all site standards for parts and installations are up to date and adhere to industry best practices Support management of external service providers Support the development of the site maintenance planning process Complete fault diagnosis and provide technical guidance with hands on approach when required Expected Experience and Required Skills Bachelor’s degree in engineering or HND/HNC Demonstratable and relevant working experience in industrial operations Experience in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) Experience in Total Productive Maintenance methodology, Reliability Centered Maintenance, Condition Based Maintenance practices, Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) analysis and asset care optimisation strategy are desired Experience with continuous improvement, problem solving and root cause analysis tools, such as PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act), Ishikawa and 5W1H Strong analytical skills, a keen attention to detail A forward thinker who demonstrates a ‘can-do’ and ownership attitudes Has excellent communication and written skills Computer literate with solid understanding of MS Excel
