The Outlet Store team member, reporting to the Assistant Store Manager, primarily works with restocking merchandise, maintaining site cleanliness, rotating stock and providing exceptional customer service.

Outlet Store team members are expected to interact in a friendly and helpful manner with customers and donors. They must be well-versed in Goodwill’s mission and able to deliver it effectively. They must be familiar with the store floor layout to respond to customer inquiries effectively.
