JOB SUMMARY
The purpose of this class is to assist in the administration of the backflow program including: conducting site inspections, conducting site surveys, performing hazard analysis of customer sites, approving new installations, maintaining the compliance database and testing backflow assemblies; to assist in the construction, maintenance and repair of the County's water system; and to perform other technical work as required.
The class works within a general outline of work to be performed and develops work methods and sequences under general supervision.
