Administrative/Technical Specialist

You will serve as an Administrative/Technical Specialist in the MODERNIZATION & INSTALLATION DEPT of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER, Port Hueneme.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-03 (GS-09/10) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and researching financial and procurement program operations to create financial spreadsheets, budget ledgers, and expense plans, to include procurement procedures such as procurement requests, market research, and procurement systems (e.

g., Procurement Request Tool (PRT), Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) (iRAPT), and G-invoicing systems) to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the strategic financial business operations . In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree; OR Successful completion of three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree; OR Successful completion of an LL.
