Responsibilities

Perform routine administrative tasks such as data entry, insurance verification, billing support, and managing incoming correspondence. Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and facilitate smooth patient intake processes using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems. Manage medical records efficiently within Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.

Support front desk operations by scheduling appointments, answering patient inquiries, and coordinating referrals of follow-up visits. Prepare examination rooms with necessary supplies and possibly assist during patient examinations or procedures. Required Qualifications CCMA/CMAA license 2+ years of experience working with insurance in a medical office Experience with insurance verification and prior authorization is highly preferred.
