• Manassas, VA, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: High School/ GED, Salary Range: $22.00 - $30.00Hourly, Travel Percentage: Negligible, Job Shift: Day, Job Category: Warehouse, Warehouse Supervisor Full-Time | Branch $22.00 – $30.00 / hr Hourly Pay Range Reports To: Warehouse Manager DEPARTMENT Warehouse EXPERIENCE 3–5 Years Preferred BENEFITS ELIGIBLE AFTER 45 Days of Employment ROLE OVERVIEW The Warehouse Supervisor increases company profitability and customer satisfaction by assisting the Warehouse Manager with overseeing warehouse operations in a safe, secure, efficient, and cost-effective manner. This role ensures compliance with company policy and OSHA, DOT, and other applicable regulations while providing daily leadership and direction to the warehouse team. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Operations & Order Fulfillment Coordinate with managers to cover all personnel needs daily Ensure and assist in the process so all orders are expedited in a timely and accurate manner Review zone and product space requirements and make appropriate recommendations Take on responsibility for inventory accuracy Propose personnel and equipment needs; facilitate maintenance of lifting and cleaning equipment Safety & Compliance Ensure all DOT paperwork is completed daily and accurately Monitor safety and procedures within the warehouse setting Implement and maintain safety initiatives Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as required in compliance with OSHA guidelines Team Leadership & Standards Assist in the training, hiring, and termination process of personnel Provide leadership and direction to employees daily Participate in performance evaluations Follow all company policies and procedures Adhere to the rules and regulations set forth in the Employee Handbook Other duties as assigned Summary Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 3–5 years' warehouse experience; 1–2 years' supervisory experience required Strong customer service, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Effective communicator; works well with a wide range of people Strong time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills; adapts quickly to changing priorities Knowledge of company products, DOT rules, and Microsoft Office/warehouse management software Available to work weekday or weekend overtime as required Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., stand/walk up to 8 hours daily, and work at heights of up to 28 feet Frequent stooping, squatting, bending, and lifting required; comfortable in variable indoor/outdoor conditions BENEFITS Eligible to enroll on the 1st of the month following 45 days of employment: Medical, Dental & Vision Short & Long-Term Disability Life Insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Telehealth Gym Reimbursement 401(k) with Company Match Free Surgery & Imaging Program* Free Medications* Delta Perks — Local Discounts Discount Hub Coverage available for families * Free Surgery & Imaging and Free Medications programs are subject to eligibility and program terms.
