Leasing Associate

Leasing Associate Location: Citation Club, 29540 Citation Club Circle, Farmington Hills, MI, 48331 Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Associate to join our team at Citation Club in Farmington Hills, MI. The Leasing Associate will be responsible for assisting prospective residents through the leasing process, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the overall management of the property.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist prospective residents in a professional and friendly manner. Conduct property tours and highlight community features and amenities. Explain leasing terms, policies, and procedures to prospective residents. Process rental applications, background checks, and lease agreements accurately and efficiently.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of apartment availability and pricing. Respond promptly to resident inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. Assist with lease renewals and coordinate move-in and move-out procedures. Maintain leasing office appearance and ensure all marketing materials are current. Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure resident satisfaction.

Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in property management is a plus. Previous experience in leasing, customer service, or sales preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing regulations is preferred.
