Trade Qualified Painters (Commercial & Industrial) Job Brief We are seeking five (5) trade-qualified Painters for an immediate start on commercial and industrial projects across Adelaide, SA . In this role, you will be responsible for full surface preparation and applying high-quality protective coatings to various commercial and industrial structures.

Position Details 📍 Location: Adelaide, SA (Local position) 💰 Pay Rate: Competitive Hourly Rates (Negotiable based on experience) 👥 Vacancies: 5 positions available 📅 Start Date: ASAP / Immediate Start ⏱️ Employment Type: Full-Time Hours / Ongoing Potential 🛂 Visa Sponsorship: Not available ( Strictly Local Candidates Only ; no offshore applicants) Key Responsibilities Coatings Application: Apply high-quality paint, protective finishes, and industrial coatings to commercial and industrial structures according to project charts.

Surface Preparation: Prepare building and asset surfaces thoroughly, including scraping, sanding, washing, patching, and priming. Technical Compliance: Read and accurately follow technical project specifications, architectural drawings, and precise color charts. Heights & Safety Operations: Safely set up and operate painting equipment, fluid delivery systems, ladders, and scaffolding at heights.

Site Management: Maintain a highly organized, clean work area and strictly follow site-specific WHS protocols and procedures.

Requirements

& Qualifications Trade Qualified: Must hold a Certificate III in Painting and Decorating (or recognized Australian trade equivalent). Current Construction White Card (Required). Current Working at Heights certification (Required). Proven practical painting experience, with a background in industrial or commercial environments highly preferred.

Good English communication skills and a strong commitment to team workplace safety. Must currently live in Adelaide and be readily available to begin field work immediately.
