What You'll Do

as a Health Consultant Assistant Schedule and manage client phone appointments, keeping the lead Health Consultant's calendar organized and up to date. Respond to customer emails and phone calls promptly and professionally. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including preparing and shipping test kits to customers. Assist with sales calls and answer basic health-related questions for customers.

Support the Health Consultant with day-to-day administrative tasks that keep client care running smoothly. Provide friendly, attentive communication that reflects New. Light Health's values in every client interaction. Learn alongside the lead Health Consultant through hands-on training in holistic health consulting and supplement guidance.

Our Ideal Health Consultant Assistant Experienced: 1+ years of administrative and customer service experience; we're willing to train the right candidate.
