The Plant People Partner, reporting to the Leather Goods HR Coordinator, is responsible for implementing HR strategies, policies, and processes within the manufacturing plant. Acting as a trusted partner to both Management and employees, the role ensures the effective management of the entire employee lifecycle while supporting the achievement of business objectives through initiatives focused on organizational development, employee engagement, and operational excellence.

Job Description Reporting to the Leather Goods HR Coordinator the Plant People Partner is responsible for a hands-on HR professional with a strong presence on the shop floor, capable of building trusted relationships with managers and employees alike. The ideal candidate combines solid HR generalist expertise with strong organizational awareness and a natural ability to partner with the business, translating workforce needs into practical people solutions that drive plant performance and support sustainable growth.
