Regional Maintenance & Automation Supervisor

Mission: Lead and coordinate maintenance and automation activities for the assigned production line or site, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable execution of preventive, predictive, corrective, lubrication, troubleshooting, and automation support activities. Act as the frontline technical leader for maintenance technicians while also supporting equipment reliability, plant availability, OEE, asset life cycle, operational continuity, and reduction of industrial losses.

Drive rapid response to equipment issues, support technical studies and improvement opportunities, and contribute to retrofit, automation, and reliability initiatives that increase productivity and reduce operational costs.
