We’re looking for a high-energy, service-driven Leasing Professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to create exceptional experiences for future and current residents.

Compensation

& Benefits Hourly Pay: $22–$24 based on experience Commissions: Earn extra on every lease you close Quarterly Bonus Potential Paid Time Off: 3 weeks vacation, sick time, and a floating holiday Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Insurance eligibility begins the 1st of the month after your hire date Employee Assistance Program (EAP) What You’ll Be Doing Greet and tour prospective residents, showcasing available apartments and amenities Build relationships with prospects and follow up to close leases Accurately complete leasing paperwork and data entry in Entrata (or similar system) Support marketing and outreach efforts, including social media and resident events Provide top-notch customer service, answering questions and resolving concerns Contribute to team goals and the overall success of the community What We’re Looking For 1+ year of leasing or sales experience (multifamily or student housing preferred) Strong communication and customer service skills Social media savvy – you can help market the community lifestyle Weekend availability required Familiarity with leasing software (Entrata a plus) A positive attitude and genuine desire to serve others Why You’ll Love Working Here You’ll join a strong team that celebrates wins, supports one another, and creates a welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors.
