Guest Services Coordinator

Team One Credit Union is seeking a full-time Guest Services Coordinator for the Main Saginaw branch, located at 520 Hayden St. This role serves as the first point of contact for members, visitors, and vendors by providing exceptional customer service, answering inquiries, managing lobby flow, and supporting branch operations.

Key Responsibilities

Greet visitors and members professionally, assess their needs, and direct them appropriately. Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the correct department or individual. Assist members with general information regarding credit union products, services, and branch resources. Assist with Distribution of inter-office correspondence and mail Maintain office and branch supply inventories and submit ordering requests as needed.

Prepare, file, scan and maintain documents in accordance with retention and privacy requirements. Manage the lobby tracking system by signing in members and ensuring an efficient flow. Sign in vendors and guests, issuing visitor badges and logging their entry. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of related experience Knowledge of basic credit union products and services Familiarity with document retention, records management, and compliance procedures. Strong problem solving skills. Starting wage will be dependent upon multiple factors including skills and experience.
