Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Columbia, United States. As a vital member of our organization, you'll be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences while supporting various aspects of our pizza delivery operations. Provide friendly and efficient customer service through phone and in-person interactions Take and process customer orders accurately Prepare high-quality pizzas and other menu items Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records Contribute to a positive dining experience by maintaining a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold store cleanliness standards Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs.
