ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2007 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked as a Staff Accountant, which gave me a strong financial background and attention to detail that I bring into the business today. I hold a B.S. in Accounting and am married with three adult children.

I value both hard work and maintaining balance, and I strive to create that same environment for my team. Our agency offers a health insurance stipend, 401(k), and unlimited PTO. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage client accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
