• Windows workstation OS installation, troubleshooting issues. Laptop preparation and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Installation and troubleshooting applications like Microsoft office, Visual Studio. Working in ticketing system and adhering to SLAs.
• Good communication skills, clarity in understanding requests and correctness in sending responses.
• Enthusiastic to know and manage applications like DLP, CrowdStrike and other security endpoints.
• Self driven and interested in fixing application related issues.
• Zoho End Point central / Mange Engine End Point central for end point management or any other remote tool. Good to have
• Knowledge in Zoho helpdesk
• Knowledge in Windows Active Directory, servers.
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft 365 tenant administration.
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Azure
