As a Collision Repair Technician, you will play a key role in restoring damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition while maintaining factory specifications and our reputation for exceptional craftsmanship.

What You'll Do

Perform auto body repairs and refinishing preparation work on a variety of vehicles Repair damaged panels and structural components using industry-standard techniques Operate hand tools, power tools, frame equipment, welding equipment, and other repair-related tools Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and manufacturer specifications Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete repairs and exceed customer expectations Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines What We're Looking For ✅ Proven experience in collision repair and auto body work ✅ Strong knowledge of repair processes, tools, and equipment ✅ Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment ✅ Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship ✅ Dependable, self-motivated, and customer-focused attitude Training & Development At Eustis Body Shop, we invest in our employees.
