Shipping & Logistics Coordinator

Job Description: Goal of position To provide efficient and comprehensive shipping administration for equipment shipped from the UK & CZ and to act as an advisor to the different departments around the organisation regarding deliveries/imports. Tasks : Managing and co-ordinating export and import shipping activities. Ensure deliveries are made in line with customer and company requirements.

Invoice generation and administration in UK ERP system. Act as contact for customer and internal queries relating to shipping or status enquiries. Completing required shipping certificates/documentation and detailed shipment records. Controlling all imports into the UK by providing customs clearance instructions to the necessary clearance agent within a small-time frame to minimise storage costs/delivery delays.

Arranging the despatch, paperwork and collection of Demo, loans and exhibitions. In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks that are essentially related to their role. Position Requirements: Essential : Proven international experience in logistics. Working knowledge of import/export customs procedures.

Ability to prioritise competing demands. Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. Ability to work as part of a team. Comfortable challenging issues and driving resolutions without supervision. IT Literate
