2026-2027 AY CFRE Fish Hatchery Technician

Title: 2026-2027 AY CFRE Fish Hatchery Technician VP Area: Academic Affairs Department: Center for Freshwater Research and Education Job Summary/Basic Function: Technicians will assist with the daily operations of the CFRE Fish Hatchery, including hatchery operations and field and lab research as needed. Routine hatchery operations including culture of Atlantic salmon, care of lake sturgeon, and general maintenance and cleaning.

Students also will assist with other aquatic ecology projects and fisheries surveys in the St. Mary’s River, and provide tours of the CFRE Fish Hatchery.
