Requirements

Handle a caseload of asbestos and mesothelioma-related claims from inception to resolution. Conduct thorough legal research and case investigations. Develop and implement effective litigation strategies. Client Representation: Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients regarding their asbestos-related claims. Communicate with clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their cases.

Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations. Legal Research and Analysis: Stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and precedents related to asbestos and mesothelioma litigation. Analyse case law and legal trends to strengthen legal arguments. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including paralegals, support staff, and other attorneys, to ensure the seamless progression of cases.

Advocacy: Build strong, persuasive arguments to support clients' claims. Advocate for clients in court and negotiate settlements when appropriate.
