Rehab Office Specialist

This position is responsible for working at the front desk of the rehab taking calls, scheduling appointments and assisting with obtaining insurance information and authorization for therapy services. Use of the computer with EPIC electronic medical record system. Also can include keeping inventory and order supplies for the department and assisting with auditing and collection of data for department statistical reports.

Technician duties help with patient flow in and out of the department and involves direct patient care to assist the therapists and to keep the department clean.
