PAY & INCENTIVES: Starting pay is $120 per day , once driver is on their own, driving by themselves driver will be paid $140 per day with additional $15 attendance and performance incentive available. At 90 days driver will be evaluated and manager will determine based off overall job competency and attendance if the driver is eligible for pay increase to $150 a day with additional $15 incentive If pay increase if not given to the driver at 90 day evaluation the driver will be coached and instructed of what needs to be worked on in hopes of attaining the increase in pay.
