Qualifications & Core Competencies

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.

• Strong organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking capabilities.

• Proven ability to follow detailed operational procedures and follow through on task completion.

• Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general office technology.

• Ability to quickly learn and strictly adhere to Fair Housing Laws and industry regulations.

• Prior leasing or sales experience is preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond effectively to inquiries and current residents.

• Utilize sales skills to demonstrate market-ready product.

• Monitor phone and office walk-in traffic at the property via guest cards and logs.

• Prepare reports and communicate with Property Manager on daily activity or ideas to promote leasing results.

• Prepare lease renewal notices.

• Perform lease administration.

• Set up and maintain lease files.

• Perform other job-related duties as required.
