Now, we're looking for an experienced logistics professional to strengthen our Industrials Division in Antwerp. Our Industrials Division consists of specialized teams focusing on Minerals, Chemicals and Building Materials. If you enjoy building long-term customer partnerships, taking ownership of strategic accounts and managing large international export flows, this could be your next challenge.

As a Senior Forwarder within our Industrials Division, you take ownership of the complete logistics journey for a portfolio of strategic customers active in industries such as Minerals, Chemicals and Building Materials. Rather than managing dozens of customers, you'll focus on a limited number of key accounts with significant shipment volumes and long-term partnerships.

By building a thorough understanding of their business, supply chains and operational requirements, you become a trusted logistics partner who helps keep their business moving. What you'll be doing Managing international export shipments from A to Z for a portfolio of strategic Industrials customers. Acting as the primary operational point of contact for key accounts.

Coordinating bookings, transportation, documentation, invoicing and operational follow-up. Building long-term customer relationships through proactive communication and excellent service. Monitoring shipment progress and resolving operational challenges before they impact the customer. Coordinating closely with carriers, terminals, agents and internal stakeholders.

Managing substantial shipment volumes while maintaining quality, accuracy and customer satisfaction. Advising customers on logistics solutions and operational possibilities. Ensuring compliance with transport regulations, customer requirements and internal procedures. Identifying opportunities to optimize processes and improve service levels.

Taking ownership of your customer portfolio and contributing to the continued growth of the Industrials Division. Acting as a trusted logistics partner by understanding your customers' business objectives and operational needs. At MPL, we turn knowledge into action. Who are we looking for? You have 5 to 8 years of experience in freight forwarding and are comfortable managing export shipments independently.

You have a solid understanding of international forwarding processes and transport regulations. Experience within Minerals, Chemicals, Building Materials, Bulk Commodities or related industries is a strong asset. You enjoy building long-term customer relationships and acting as a trusted partner. You are comfortable managing high-volume business and taking ownership of strategic accounts.

You handle forwarding documentation accurately and efficiently. Communication is key. You're fluent in Dutch and English. Additional languages are a plus. You combine strong customer focus with a high level of ownership and accountability. You remain calm under pressure and know how to prioritize effectively. You are proactive, solution-oriented and confident in making decisions.

You enjoy balancing operational excellence with relationship management. You're comfortable working with digital tools and continuously improving the way you work.
