Water Transfer Accounts Receivable Analyst

• Midland, TX Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable, purchasing, or related roles Starting at $20 per hour for qualified candidates. Learn and implement work elements of the billing software Process purchase orders in an effective and timely manner; maintain PO data in ERP System and resolve complex issues concerning terms and conditions, price, delivery, etc. with vendors. Researching and resolving discrepancies; work closely with accounting team to resolve and avoid discrepancies. Communicate with vendors to resolve issues in a timely manner and escalate issues when necessary. Monitors open PO's, contacts suppliers, and takes action to assure materials andservices are delivered when needed Reconciles invoices for payment by working with AP Provide administrative assistance to ensure accurate monthly, quarterly and year end reports for the Water Transfer Department while providing clerical and administrative support to management. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable, purchasing, or related roles Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis Must be proficient in typing, and the use of Microsoft Office programs.
